Dr Garcia is caring and attentive to details. We had a great experience, especially during covid times.
However, the clinic Amita Medical Group is a leaving nightmare. While the doctors are nice, caring and professional (Dr. Jessica included), everyone else is extremely unprofessional, the patient portal not working, good luck trying to get a look at your records, obtain clarifications about being billed twice etc.
The personnel from medical records is beyond rude, and unable to assist and find solutions.
The facility bills in bulk even when you do not receive chemo end up with a chemo bill just because you had an imagistic service there, obtain no actual explanation other than "everyone gets billed for chemo, that's how the billing system works". What a joke. Then you end up in collection for a bill you disputed since you tell the billing department multiple times you did not get chemo, or any other treatment ever. This place is a joke.
